Terms
Last updated 26 October 2026
By asking for a report on marketingslides.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The reports
Reports are free. We make them from public information (public posts and comments, ads in Meta’s public Ad Library, search results and AI answers) or, for the ad account reports, from the Meta ad account you connect with read-only access.
We aim to send each report within about an hour, but we don’t promise a time, and we may decline or limit requests, for example when a brand has too little public data to make a useful report, or when one person or network sends many requests.
Accuracy
Reports describe public data as we found it when we collected it. Posts get deleted, ads change, and AI assistants answer the same question differently from one day to the next. Each claim links to its source so you can check it. Reports are information to help your own judgment, not professional advice, and they come as is, without any warranty.
Using what we send
The report is yours to read, forward and use inside your business. Please don’t resell it or present it as made by someone else. Posts, ads and other material shown in a report belong to their owners; we show them to describe and comment on them.
What you agree to
- Give an email address you’re allowed to use.
- Only connect an ad account you have the right to connect.
- Don’t use the site to harass anyone, or to send automated or bulk requests.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions made from a report, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a free report is limited to zero dollars, except where the law says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@marketingslides.com. How we handle your information is in the privacy notice.
