Marketing Slides makes free marketing reports from public data and emails them to you. Marketing Slides is operated by Adology. This page says what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we store

• Your email address, so we can send you the report you asked for, or tell you when a report opens.
• What you typed into the form: the brand, website or handle, any rivals, and the report you chose.
• The report we made for you, and the public posts, ads, comments, search results and AI answers we used to make it.
• How you found us: the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and the country your request came from.

What we read to make a report

Reports use public information only: public social posts and their comments, ads in Meta’s public Ad Library, search results, and the answers AI assistants give to questions. We don’t read anything behind a login, except for the three ad account reports.

If you choose an ad account report, you connect your Meta ad account with read-only access. We read spend, results and the ads themselves to write your report. We can’t change your ads or spend your money. You can remove our access at any time in your Meta business settings.

How we use it

• To make and send your report, and to check its quality before it’s sent.
• To answer you if you write to us.
• To see which reports people ask for and how they found us, so we know what to build next.
• We may email you once about the report you received. We don’t sell your information or give it to anyone to market to you.

Who handles it

Marketing Slides is operated by Adology, which stores the data and makes the reports. We use service providers to run the site and send email (Amazon Web Services), and AI model providers to help read data and write the report. They handle the data only to provide those services to us.

The site uses the Meta Pixel to measure our own ads: it tells Meta when someone visits the page and when someone asks for a report. You can control ad tracking in your browser and in your Meta account settings.

Your report link

Your report lives at a private, unlisted link. Anyone you send the link to can open it, so share it the way you would share a document.

Deletion and questions

Email hello@marketingslides.com from the address you used and we’ll delete your email, your form answers and your report. You can also ask us what we hold about you.

We keep requests for as long as we need them to run the service, and delete them when you ask.
